Brand Project | adidas Tool Creation
​
Part of the team that was tasked to create and deliver channel/account agnostic tools, messaging, and education strategy to activate lin accounts and increase awareness & sales of adidas Boost footwear, enabling retail sales associates to communicate a clear, singular Boost/Brand story across styles and categories.

Brand Activation | adidas Ultraboost

In the summer of 2019, worked alongside adidas and Dicks Sporting goods to provide an immersive, educational experience that places the adidas Boost Franchise in the spotlight.
With an emphasis on energized comfort for the urban runner, the experience created awareness around the Boost footwear technology

Trade Show Event | adidas Account Meetings
​
For the first time in 8 years, Dicks Sporting Goods invited select vendor partners to participate in their annual Store Manager Leadership Conference providing exposure/access to their entire store leadership group. The focus was to create an authentic adidas experience that highlighted key stories and the most innovative product for Fall and Holiday 2018.

Branded Space | adidas Stadium Concept
​
Managed the installation of 100+ shop n shops from concept to completion. Worked cross functionally with key accounts, as well as adidas’s retail concept team, installers, activation and merchandising to ensure premium presentation. Deployed field agents into the markets to increase brand presence and sell thru.

Brand Moments | adidas Field Coverage
​
Create training moments in key cities to enhance the field program in product training, visual, sales and efficiency. Partner with internal teams to plan field marketing activations and tools to drive key product launches and execution in market.
Worked on adidas Originals concept launch from concept to creation. Results: 82% sales increase in Originals Product. 26% increase form Q2 to Q3
Field Marketing | adidas Field Agents

Pivotal part of leadership team creating a field organization that elevates adidas in the retail landscape. The program executes on three main pillars covering advocacy, sales and visual merchandising. With over 127 field agents in over 300 account doors the adidas brand relies on the team to be the eyes and the ears on the ground level.
CCM HOCKEY
Brand Engagement | CCM High Performance Programs

Managed, developed and grew the CCM Partnership with both Minnesota and Massachusetts Hockey through the CCM High Performance Program. The program provided the opportunity to get in front of the best athletes at an early age and gain brand loyalty in hopes of keeping it throughout their careers. My team worked to revamp the program to maximize influence and increase exposure from 400 to 1500 athletes in less than one year. Established database of consumers to measure market share, NPS and purchasing behaviors. Program included opportunities for on ice product trials and drive back to retail but most importantly it grew brand awareness and advocacy.
Brand Activation | CCM Skills Camp

Helped grow and support grassroots program – CCM Skills Camp. This program focuses on product trial as well as providing brand experiences for target consumer. Created true authentic stories through social media/photos/video content. Gathered key consumer insight on purchase intent and brand usage. Grew program from five Cities to 18 cities spanning 43 event days.
Special Projects | Women's Initiative

Member of the CCM committee who launched the campaign #ccmforwoman focusing on the female consumer. Worked closely with female hockey players such as Team USA Captain Meghan Duggan and others to build great product designed specifically for woman. This campaign provided opportunities to grow in a previously untapped market. Organized grassroots events in key cities that enabled the brand to connect with the female consumers and provide hands on product knowledge.









Retail Activation | Grassroots

Partnered with accounts to drive consumers to retail. Created brand campaigns and in store event opportunities. Increased awareness, market share and sales. Goal: Create opportunities for product trial and brand adoption with a drive back to retail. Drive new business and opportunities for key accounts. Focus on building brand ambassadors on the ground level by identifying the target consumers. Grew following through social media and community based activations. Worked with retailers and NHL assets to promote Learn to Play programs.
REEBOK
Brand Ambassadors| Reebok One Platform

Collaborated with Reebok Global marketing team on strategy, development and acquisition of Reebok One Platform. Which included: Manage the US Ambassador Program, identify potential assets, activate with partners and integrate with various brand initiatives. Platform was developed to bring together fitness professionals into one community.
Members are given priority access to product
and discounts on merchandise.









Brand Rep | Grassroots
​
Successfully planned, organized and executed 100+ grassroots events in Pittsburgh, PA and Ohio Markets over the course of three years. Worked with local retailers to generate more business by hosting events on
site and driving sell thru.
Collaborated with Carnegie Mellon University’s Sneakerology course to present Kicksburgh, an event that promotes history, culture and the sneaker business.
